Ogden Hill East

Ogden Hill East is an 8,050 SF multi-tenant building located at 1060 Ogden Avenue within the Ogden Hill Shopping Center. The multi-tenant building anchored by a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts. Other tenants include Valley View Dental, Batteries Plus and Lily’s Nails. INDC managed, guided and oversaw all aspects of the tenant negotiation, entitlement, development and construction of the building. The building was delivered in July 2017, and is 100% occupied with all tenants open and operating.
